LICENSE/ AUTHORIZED USE. 5.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, IHS grants to Client and Client accepts a license that is limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, and revocable (solely to the extent provided in Section 11 of this Agreement). Client may use the EViews software in the specified media and accompanying Documentation, for teaching and academic research only. Client shall use EViews software only on a single Client’s campus or a smaller budgetary unit, department, or school located entirely within a single Client’s campus. Multiple campuses of Client shall not be covered by a single Academic Volume License.
