Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. (MFT) means a licensed individual, pursuant to the 34 provisions of Chapter 13 of the California Business and Professions Code, pursuant to the provisions of 35 Chapter 14 of the California Business and Professions Code, who can provide clinical services to 36 Clients. The license must be current and in force, and has not been suspended or revoked. Also, it is 37 preferred that the individual has at least one (1) year of experience treating children and TAY.
