Licenses and Certificates. 51.01 Employees who are required to possess any license or certificate, including driver’s license, to perform their duties and responsibilities are obligated to immediately advise their Supervisor(s) within the same day they become aware of any portion of their license or certificate being suspended or restricted, for any reason. Management holds the right to request and review an employee’s license or certificate at any time. Any employee operating a Commission vehicle must have their license on their person while driving.
