Common use of LICENSES, PERMITS, REGISTRATIONS, ACCREDITATION, AND CERTIFICATES Clause in Contracts

LICENSES, PERMITS, REGISTRATIONS, ACCREDITATION, AND CERTIFICATES. Contractor shall obtain and maintain in effect during the Term all licenses, permits, registrations, accreditation, and certificates required by all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, which are applicable to Contractor’s services under the Agreement. Contractor shall further ensure that all of its officers, employees, and agents who perform services hereunder, shall obtain and maintain in effect during the Term of this Agreement all licenses, permits, registrations, accreditation, and certificates which are applicable to their performance hereunder. If and to the extent requested by County, Contractor shall provide copy of each such license, permit, registration, accreditation, and certificate, in duplicate, to Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Manager, Sheriff’s Department Contracts Administration, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Monterey Park, CA 91754-2169.
