Common use of LICENSES, PERMITS, REGISTRATIONS, ACCREDITATION, AND CERTIFICATES Clause in Contracts

LICENSES, PERMITS, REGISTRATIONS, ACCREDITATION, AND CERTIFICATES. Contractor must obtain, and maintain in effect during the term of this Master Agreement, all licenses, permits, registrations, accreditation, and certificates required by all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, which are applicable to Contractor’s Services under this Master Agreement. Contractor must further ensure that all of its officers, employees, subcontractors, and agents who perform Services hereunder obtain, and maintain in effect during the term of this Master Agreement, all licenses, permits, registrations, accreditation, and certificates which are applicable to their performance hereunder. If and to the extent requested by the County, Contractor must provide a copy of each such license, permit, registration, accreditation, and certificate, in duplicate, to County Project Manager.
