Licensing Issues. Executive represents to the Employer that he has received such licenses as may be required pursuant to the Nation-State Gaming Compact between the Seneca Nation of Indians and the State of New York (the "Compact") and/or the Nation's or the Employer's gaming ordinances as in effect on the date hereof, as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. Executive will maintain such licenses in good standing as a pre-condition of his employment by the Employer.
Licensing Issues. Employee warrants and represents that he is eligible and suitable for a background clearance and license as being suitable for holding a key employee or manager’s position in a gaming establishment under Tribal, State and federal law. Employee agrees to timely apply for any license(s) and background investigations as may be required under applicable law and as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. The Authority or the Casino shall pay all costs associated with such licensing and backgrounding. Employee will maintain all gaming licenses and suitability determinations in good standing as a continuing condition of his employment under this Agreement, and shall notify the Tribal Gaming Commission (“TGA”) of any information that is material to, or a change from, any information sought or contained in his Tribal gaming license application or his suitability in general for a gaming license, and shall do so as soon as possible after such information is known to Employee.

Employee agrees to timely apply for any license(s) as may be required pursuant to the Compact, the Tribe's gaming ordinances or otherwise required by law, as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. The Tribe shall pay all costs associated with licensing. Employee will maintain such licenses in good standing as a continuing condition of his employment by Tribe.

Key Employee warrants and represents that he is eligible and suitable for a background clearance and license as being suitable for holding a key employee or manager’s position in a gaming establishment under Tribal, State and federal law. Key Employee agrees to timely apply for any license(s) and background investigations as may be required under applicable law and as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. The Authority or the Casino shall pay all costs associated with such licensing and backgrounding. Key Employee will maintain all gaming licenses and suitability determinations in good standing as a continuing condition of his employment under this Agreement, and shall notify the Dry Creek Gaming Commission (“Tribal Gaming Commission”) of any information that is material to, or a change from, any information sought or contained in his Tribal gaming license application or his suitability in general for a gaming license, and shall do so as soon as possible after such information is known to Key Employee.
Licensing Issues. All businesses must provide evidence to the authorities that they either own or have a valid lease of premises when applying for new commercial licences and on renewal of existing commercial licences. The business must show that it has ownership or a valid lease of its own defined and recognisable premises. A licence to occupy premises or a concession agreement is unlikely to be sufficient for this purpose.
Licensing Issues. (a) Since the date that the Company received its license to conduct its business from the State of Illinois, none the Company or its officers, directors or members, as applicable, or Seller have committed a crime or been involved in a civil lawsuit which if convicted or found liable could result in the loss of any material license of the Company.
(b) Since the date that the Company received its license to conduct its business from the State of Illinois, the revenue reports filed with the IGB have accurately and fairly represented the Company’s revenues for the periods covered therein and were prepared based on the books and records of the Company.

Employee agrees to timely apply for any license(s) as may be required pursuant to the Compact, the Tribe's gaming ordinances or otherwise required by law, as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. The Authority shall pay all costs associated with licensing. Employee will maintain such licenses in good standing as a continuing condition of his employment by Authority.
Licensing Issues. From the point of view of software vendor, the presence of licenses associated to technologies and tools can result in a limited revenue and limited exploitation of them. Especially subtle in the open source domain are so-called “viral licenses” [3], that propagate over software components built on top of others and forbid further different licences and usage/redistribution.
