Tribal Gaming Commission definition

Tribal Gaming Commission or "Commission" means the entity established pursuant to tribal law with independent authority to regulate gaming activities on tribal lands.
Tribal Gaming Commission means the same as in K.S.A. 74-9802, and amendments thereto.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, whenever during the term of this Agreement, any disagreement or dispute arises between the parties as to the interpretation of this Agreement or any rights or obligations arising hereunder, including the licensing of Executive by the Tribal Gaming Commission, such matters shall be resolved, whenever possible, by meeting and conferring.
