LICENSOR REGULATIONS. Licensee shall, and shall cause its servants, agents, employees, licensees, patrons and guests to abide by such reasonable rules and regulations as may from time to time be adopted by Licensor for the use, occupancy and operation of DHSP.
LICENSOR REGULATIONS. Licensee must provide certificate of insurance that, in the sole judgment of LICENSOR, attests to sufficient liability insurance coverage. Additional insured must include: Commonwealth of Massachusetts, UMASS – Xxxxxx / Dept of Athletics Facilities, their Trustees, Officers, Employees, and Agents. Insurance amounts must include: Each Occurrence - $1,000,000, Fire Damage (Any One Fire) - $300,000, Medical (Any One Person) - $10,000, Personal & Adv Injury – $1,000,000, General Aggregate - $3,000,000, Products-Comp/Op AGG - $ 1,000,000 (or Included).
LICENSOR REGULATIONS. Licensee shall, and shall cause its Related Parties to, abide by such reasonable and non- discriminatory rules and regulations as may from time to time be adopted by Licensor for the use, occupancy and operation of the Stadium (the “(“Licensor Regulations”); provided, however, that (i) Licensee shall have received prior notice of any such rule or regulation,; (ii) no such rule or regulation shall violate any Applicable Law and, in the case of a UNLV Team Home Game, unreasonably interfere with the presentation of the UNLV Team Home Game,; and (iii) Licensor shall enforce Licensor Regulations uniformly among all users of the Premises.
