Scheduling Regulations. The following scheduling regulations shall apply:
Scheduling Regulations. (a) Full-time nurses will be scheduled two (2) consecutive days off during each half (½) schedule. However, schedules may be agreed upon to provide for more than five (5) consecutive days of work, but not more than seven (7) consecutive days of work without days off as long as four (4) days off are scheduled in each fourteen (14) days. If a full-time nurse is scheduled to work in excess of seven (7) consecutive days, she shall be paid time and one-half (1½) of all days scheduled in excess of seven (7) until a day off is scheduled.
