Common use of Life Assurance Clause in Contracts

Life Assurance. 10.2.1 The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s life assurance scheme, at the Company’s expense, to pay the Executive’s dependents a sum equal to 3 times the Executive’s salary if the Executive dies during his employment.
