Lifeline/Link-Up Service. KMC will forward to Sprint all information regarding a subscriber’s program eligibility, status and certification when a KMC subscriber currently on any government telephone assistance program changes service to KMC as their local exchange carrier. KMC will cooperate with Sprint so that Sprint may attain any subsidy associated with a subscriber transfer to KMC.
Lifeline/Link-Up Service. BellSouth shall offer for resale Lifeline and Link-Up Service. BellSouth will provide information about the certification process for the provisioning of Lifeline, Link-up, and similar services. MCIm shall discount the Lifeline and Link-Up services by at least the same percentage as now provided by BellSouth. MCIm shall comply with all aspects of the FCC’s and South Carolina PSC’s Orders which implement Lifeline and Link-Up programs.
Lifeline/Link-Up Service. BellSouth shall offer for resale, in accordance with the order of the KPSC dated December 20, 1996, in case number 96-431, Lifeline, when available, and Link-Up Service. BellSouth will provide information about the certification process for the provisioning of Lifeline, Link-up, and similar services.
Lifeline/Link-Up Service. Lifeline and LinkUp services shall be available for resale by MCIm only to those customers who meet the qualifications outlined in the means test. The wholesale discount shall be applied to the LinkUp and Lifeline services purchased by MCIm. BellSouth will then credit MCIm's xxxx with the amount it waives when it serves Lifeline and LinkUp customers. BellSouth will then credit MCIm's xxxx with the amount of third party recovery it obtains for that LinkUp and Lifeline customer. MCIm agrees to comply with all aspects of the FCC's and Mississippi's Orders that implement Lifeline and LinkUp services. Attachment II - 5 MCImetro-BellSouth Mississippi Interconnection Agreement
