If this contract contains federal funding in excess of $100,000, the Network Service Provider must, prior to contract execution, complete the Certification Regarding Lobbying form, Attachment II.

Nothing in those policies will be deemed to modify, reduce, or waive Employee’s obligations in this Attachment II.
