Light and View. This Lease does not entitle Tenant to rights of light or view and Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease, reduce the rent or exercise any other right or remedy by reason of the deprivation thereof.

Light and View. Any diminution or shutting off of light or view by any structure which may be erected on lands adjacent to the Building or any other portion of the Property shall in no manner affect this Lease or impose any liability whatsoever on Landlord.
Light and View. The natural light available to and views from the Unit may change over time due to, among other circumstances, additional development (including, but not limited to, construction by Seller or its affiliates of adjacent properties) and the growth or removal or addition of landscaping within the Condominium and in the surrounding neighborhood. The view from each Unit in the building will vary depending upon the Unit’s elevation and location within the building. Light may emit from structures located on adjacent properties.
Light and View. If the view from the Premises or the light entering the Premises are interfered with for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to Landlord’s own acts, Landlord shall not be liable for any damage Tenant may sustain thereby and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation therefore nor abatement or diminution of rent nor shall the same release Tenant from its obligations hereunder nor constitute an eviction.

  • Light and Air Tenant agrees that no diminution of light, air or view by any structure which may hereafter be erected (whether or not by Landlord) shall entitle Tenant to any reduction of rent hereunder, result in any liability of Landlord to Tenant, or in any other way affect this Lease.
