Lights-out. The Company will replace or repair a failed light identified in its patrol or reported by customers, within two (2) weeks. If the reported light is not replaced or repaired within two (2) weeks, the Company will provide a two (2) month credit to the Municipality based on the rate in the Distribution Tariff for the failed lights. Such two (2) month credit shall continue to apply for each subsequent two (2) week period during which the same failed light(s) have not been replaced. The Company agrees to use good faith commercially reasonable efforts to replace or repair:

Lights-out. From 9pm lights will be out in the bedrooms and there must be silence. Form 3s – Form 5s lights out is at 9:30pm. Before and during exam times Form 3 and 5’s may study until 10.30pm and Form 1 – 2 until 9.30pm.

Lights-out. The Company will replace a burnt out light identified in its patrol or reported by customers, within two weeks. If the reported light is not replaced within two weeks, the Company will provide a two month credit to the Municipality based on the rate in the Distribution Tariff for the burnt out lights. Such two month credit shall continue to apply for each subsequent two week period during which the same burnt out light(s) have not been replaced. The Company agrees to use best commercial efforts to replace burnt out street lights at critical locations as soon as possible. The location of the critical street lights will be agreed to by both parties.

  • Lost Keys, Lock Outs The Resident will be responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys (e.g., room key, mailbox key, etc.) at a cost determined by the Manager, to a maximum of $20.00 per key. If the Resident is locked out of the Resident’s Room, the Resident will pay a fee for letting the Resident into the Room, to a maximum of $5.00, or will be provided with a temporary key to be returned immediately after use. Failure to return a temporary card in the time allotted will result in a replacement fee to a maximum of $20.00.

  • Illumination The Engineer shall refer to TxDOT’s Highway Illumination Manual and other deemed necessary State approved manuals for design of continuous lighting and safety lighting for all conventional, high-mast, and underpass lighting. The Engineer shall include safety lighting as part of each design on each flashing beacon and traffic signal. The Engineer shall provide a preliminary layout for initial review and approval by the State. The Engineer shall prepare circuit wiring diagrams showing the number of luminaries on each circuit, electrical conductors, length of runs, service pole assemblies. Underpass lighting must be used on all structures within each project. The Engineer shall integrate existing illumination within the project limits into the proposed design. The Engineer shall coordinate with the State to determine the location of proposed high- mast, conventional, and underpass lighting.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web.

  • Baggage For the transportation of checked baggage and cargo THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to ten grams of pure gold per kilo of checked baggage or cargo per person, unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is of delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to two hundred grams of pure gold per person for all carry-on items.

  • LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS If the Cardmember loses the Card or if the Card is damaged or stolen or if the PIN became available to any other persons, the Cardmember must immediately inform AEME by telephone. In addition, the Cardmember shall provide AEME with a written notification within 3 days from the date of the occurrence of any of the above listed events, as per applicable laws. All notices pursuant to this article must be sent to the following address: AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c), P.O. Box 5990, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Or facsimile number: (+000) 00 000000. To inform AEME by phone, call the number indicated in the Cardmember Additional Information Leaflet. If AEME is duly informed in the manner described above the Cardmember shall not be liable for any Charges made on his or her Card by any third parties after the Card has been reported lost or stolen. Failure to comply with the provisions of this article will render the Cardmember liable for all Transactions made on his or her lost or stolen Card until the time the Card is reported as lost or stolen to AEME. However, the Cardmember shall at all times be fully liable for all Charges including Cash Withdrawals even if these Charges were made by third parties if these third parties gained possession of the Card or any Supplementary Card or the PIN with the knowledge, permission, approval or other acts of the Cardmember or any Supplementary Cardmember or because of their negligence. If the Card is found after it was reported lost or stolen, the Cardmember may not use or attempt to use the Card at issue and shall immediately inform AEME which will take the appropriate action.

  • Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.
