Limit on Use of Procedures. The procedures contained in Article 10 shall not be applicable to any alleged violation of Articles 7 or 8, with a single exception that any craft employee discharged for violation of Section 7.2, or Section 8.3, may resort to the procedures of Article 10 to determine only if he/she was, in fact, engaged in that violation.
