Limitation of Reopening. During the term of this Agreement, the Parties shall not invoke or rely on any re-opener clause set forth in any FERC license applicable to the Project for the purpose of obtaining additional Measures or changes in project structures or operations for Plan Species, except as set forth in sub-Section 9.5.2 and 9.5.3.
