Common use of Limitation of the Suspension Period Clause in Contracts

Limitation of the Suspension Period. During any suspension period, defined as the period between the first and final actual suspension days (inclusive), an employee may not work for paid overtime, providing the duration of the suspension period is not more than four times the number of actual suspension days. The suspension period shall start not less than 15 days from the date of the pre-disciplinary hearing.
