IF A COURT DEEMS EITHER OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS UNENFORCEABLE, THE LIMITATION(S) FOUND UNENFORCEABLE SHALL BE EXTENDED BY THE MINIMUM TIME NECESSARY TO MAKE THE LIMITATION(S) ENFORCEABLE.
