Limitations on Claims for Damages. In order to be effective, a notice of a claim for Damages under Article 9 (such notice to contain reasonable particularities, in light of the facts known at the time) shall be sent to the other party in the manner provided in Section 11.1, on or before March 31, 1999; provided, however, that a claim by Acquirer made under Section 4.4 and Section 4.5 shall be permitted for the maximum period permitted by Law.
