Limitations on Occurrence of Shift Rotation. The Employer will limit required shift changes to two (2) per 28-day work schedule with at least fifteen (15) hours off between changes. For example, if an RN is on day shift and rotates to evening shift, this constitutes one of the two allowable shift rotations. When the RN returns to day shift, this constitutes the second of two allowable shift rotations within the 28-day work schedule.
