Limited Applicability. The representations and warranties of a Party set forth in this Agreement are intended for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Parties hereto, and may not be relied upon by any Third Party, other than permitted successors or assigns.
Limited Applicability. The terms of this First Amendment set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 shall not affect the terms and provisions of the Lease with respect to the original Premises (excluding the Additional Premises), but except for the amount of Rent payments and other terms specifically modified herein, all terms and provisions of the Lease shall apply to the Additional Premises.
