Limited Confluent Platform Subscription. As part of a commitment order for the Cloud Service, during the term of such Order Confluent provides you a limited, self-managed subscription to the Confluent Platform, consisting of a license to Confluent Software, and, where applicable as specified in this section, Support Services for the Confluent Platform software. “Self-managed” means that such software is downloaded, installed and operated by you in a self- managed environment, rather than managed and provided by Confluent as part of the Cloud Service. You may use such Confluent Platform Subscription solely in connection with your access to and use of the Cloud Service. Specifically, and without limiting the foregoing, you may not use such Confluent Platform Subscription to support self-managed Xxxxx brokers. Your right to use such Confluent Platform Subscription under a commitment Order will terminate upon the end of the commitment Order term. Such Confluent Platform Subscription does not include a license to use Premium Connectors, which license must be purchased separately. During any period for which you have purchased Business-level or Premier-level Support Services for the Cloud Service, Confluent shall provide Support Services for the self-managed Confluent Platform in accordance with the applicable Support Services terms.

  • Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below. Each Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop and Workstation Software Subscription includes one Red Hat Network system entitlement and one Smart Management Module, each to be used solely with a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop or Workstation System. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.

  • Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended to be used as a storage system with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform for Controller Nodes Red Hat does not provide Subscription Services for the Software when used on a Physical Node that is not a server. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is supported solely when used as the host operating system for running Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is currently the only supported operating system for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. You must purchase the appropriate third party license and/or subscription for the operating system and other software running on each virtual machine on the Physical Node.   • Available Services Subject to the terms of this agreement, Manager may obtain any of the Available Services from Sprint Spectrum in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.1. The Available Services offered from time to time and the fees charged for such Available Services will be set forth on the then-current Exhibit 2.1.1 (the "Available Services and Fees Schedule"). If Sprint Spectrum offers any new Available Service, it will deliver a new Exhibit 2.1.1 indicating the new service and the fee for the new service. Manager may select one or more of the categories of Available Services. If Manager selects a particular category of services it must take and pay for all of the services under the category selected; Manager may not select only particular services within that category. If Sprint Spectrum determines to no longer offer an Available Service and the service is not a Selected Service, then Sprint Spectrum may give Manager written notice at any time during the term of this agreement that Sprint Spectrum no longer offers the Available Service.
