USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. 1.1. Customer can access the Cloud Service by either using the provided Web desktop or activating the Web Service interface made available with the Cloud Service. SAP reserves the right to monitor the use of the Web Service interface and shall be permitted to limit or prevent the use of the Cloud Service if necessary to avoid an actual or imminent risk to the SAP network, to SAP's IT security, or to service levels. Any suspension or termination of access to the Web Service interface does not affect access to the Cloud Service by means of the Web desktop.
1.2. The Cloud Service does not contain country-specific functionality to support use in all countries. Country- specific versions of the Cloud Service are set forth in the Documentation.
1.3. There is one version that Customer can subscribe to in conjunction with its subscription to the Cloud Service – SAP Event Ticketing.
1.4. SAP will provision a client in a multitenant system. Customer must set up and administer its own sub- clients.
1.5. Customers may request one test tenant. The Customer is entitled to utilize such test tenant for non- productive testing and evaluation.
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. The Cloud Service includes features to support Customer in the exchange of standards-based electronic documents with government or public authorities and business partners. Customer may subscribe to individual services that support discrete document exchange scenarios based on specifications mandated by government or public authorities. Each such service requires a separate subscription and fee.
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. 3.1 During the Trial Period, we will make the Cloud Service available to You and You will have the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the Cloud Service for Your internal business purposes to evaluate the Cloud Service offering and Products, and not for any general commercial or competitive purpose.
3.2 We reserve the right to periodically make changes to the Cloud Service that we deem necessary or useful, at any time, and without prior notice. All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved by Extreme and its licensors.

1.3 There are two (2) different versions that Customer can subscribe to in conjunction with its subscription to the Cloud Service – SAP Event Ticketing and SAP Event Ticketing PRO. Unless provided otherwise herein, this Supplement shall apply to both versions.
1.4 SAP will provision a client in a multitenant system. With SAP Event Ticketing PRO, Customer will receive a dedicated system (single-tenant). Customer must set up and administer its own sub-clients.
1.5 Customers may request one test tenant. The Customer is entitled to utilize such test tenant for non-productive testing and evaluation.
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. You are responsible for Your Customer Data. We do not endorse and have no control over what users submit through the Cloud Service. You will use reasonable means to protect Your account information, passwords and other login credentials for the Cloud Service and You will notify Cisco immediately of any known unauthorized use of Your account. All registration information You provide must be accurate and You will keep such information current. You shall not (i) interfere with the Cloud Service, other customers’ access to the Cloud Service, or with the security of the Cloud Service; (ii) sell, resell, or distribute the Cloud Service; (iii) make the Cloud Service available to third parties in a managed or network provisioned service; (iv) attack, abuse, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or disrupt the Cloud Service, including denial of service (DoS), unauthorized monitoring or crawling, distribution of malware (including but not limited to viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, or cancelbots) or (v) negatively impact the operating capability of the Cloud Service by an unusual spike or increase in use that we reasonably determine is fraudeulent or negatively impacting the operating capability of the Cloud Service. If we reasonably determine there is a breach of this Agreement, we may take action to remedy the breach by restricting, suspending, or terminating Your access to the Cloud Service. We may take immediate action, without prior notice to You, where we reasonably believe that such violation would expose us to civil, regulatory, or criminal liability.
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. (a) Fees for the Service are based on both Desktop Users and Tracked Units. A Desktop User is a Named User that accesses a web user interface of the Service at any time during a calendar month. A Tracked Unit is an individual telematics unit tracked in the Service that is activated at least for one day within a calendar month. A telematics unit is any registered smartphone, on-board unit or other tracking device which sends data into the Service through a telematics provider interface.
(b) In order to utilize the Service, Customer must separately obtain telematics services from a third-party provider to permit the transmission of data from Tracked Units to the Service. SAP is not responsible for providing telematics services, telematics units used to collect and transmit data or any software used in a telematics unit, and SAP shall have no liability to Customer for Customer’s inability to use the Service due to the inability to obtain, or any defect in, telematics services, telematics devices or software used on such telematics devices. In addition, telematics services providers may deliver content to the Service from third-party vendors for use by Customer. SAP is not responsible for such content or any harm caused to Customer resulting from such content.
(c) Customer may provide access to the Service to individuals that are not Desktop Users solely to permit such individuals to transmit data to the Service that can be accessed and evaluated by Desktop Users. Customer shall be solely responsible for the use of the Service by such individuals, who will be deemed Named Users as defined in the GTCs, and Customer will ensure that each Named User complies with the terms of this Agreement by including terms regarding limited use rights, use restrictions, confidentiality and intellectual property protection substantially equivalent to the terms of this Agreement, and such agreements shall name SAP as a third party beneficiary to permit SAP to enforce the terms of such agreements.
(d) Customer will protect the privacy and legal rights of Named Users whose data is collected and stored in the Service under all applicable laws and regulations, which includes a legally adequate privacy policy communicated from Customer to such Named Users. Customer may have the ability to access, monitor, use, or disclose content, data and materials submitted by Named Users through the Service. Customer will obtain and maintain any required consents from Named Users to allow Customer...
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. SAP Integrated Business Planning is a suite of separate products, including/ PENGGUNAAN LAYANAN CLOUD. SAP Integrated Business Planning adalah paket yang berisi produk terpisah, meliputi:

(b) SAP Integrated Business Planning for demand,
(c) SAP Integrated Business Planning for response and supply,

(f) SAP Integrated Business Planning for demand-driven replenishment.
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. The Cloud Service allows users not found in the Customer’s identity provider to access training and performance support content within Customer’s instance of SAP Enable Now, cloud edition via SAP Companion.
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. 1.1. The Cloud Service allows use by health consumers of a Customer-created mobile application to transmit health data (health parameters) to the hosted portion of the Cloud Service, which runs on SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
1.2. SAP provides development tools for iOS and Android (SDK), depending on the applicable mobile operating system, which Customer can use to create a Customer-branded mobile application to distribute to health consumers via third-party mobile application stores. Customer can download the SDK from SAP Service Marketplace. The terms governing the SDK are set forth in Attachment 1 to the Supplement. Since the SDK is not hosted by SAP, but only available for download by Customer, the System Availability SLA applicable to the Cloud Service does not apply to the SDK files.
1.3. The Cloud Service includes a portal for access by health staff (doctors and call centers) to allow health staff to obtain an overview of data entered by health consumers.
1.4. The Cloud Service also includes an administrative and analytical application hosted by SAP for Customer to monitor data in order to ascertain the effectiveness and efficiency of its health improvement/prevention programs.
1.5. Customer is solely responsible for the use of the Cloud Service by health consumers and health staff. All health staff and health consumers accessing the Cloud Service through the portal or mobile application are deemed Authorized Users as defined in the GTC, and Customer will ensure that each Authorized User complies with the terms of the Agreement. Customer is responsible for ensuring all health consumer data is accurate, complete and adequate for Customer’s purposes.
USE OF THE CLOUD SERVICE. 1.1. The Cloud Service requires use of a mobile application by patients to transmit health data (medical parameters) to the hosted portion of the Cloud Service. SAP will provide development tools (an SDK), or an Android Application Package (APK) file depending on the applicable mobile operating system, which Customer can use to create a Customer-branded mobile application to distribute to patients via third-party mobile application stores. The terms governing the SDK and APK files are set forth in Attachment 1 to this Supplement. Since the SDK and APK files are not hosted by SAP, but only available for download by Customer, the System Availability SLA and Support terms do not apply to the SDK and APK files.
1.2. The Cloud Service includes a portal for access by medical staff (doctors and call centers) to allow medical staff to get alerts on patient medical conditions, as configured by Customer, to add and review medical parameters together with the patient and to set joint health goals.
1.3. The Cloud Service also includes an administrative and analytical application hosted by SAP for Customer to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of its health improvement/prevention programs.
1.4. Customer is solely responsible for the use of the Cloud Service by patients and medical staff. All medical staff and patients accessing the Cloud Solution through the portal or mobile application are deemed Authorized Users as defined in the GTC, and Customer will ensure that each Authorized User complies with the terms of this Agreement. Customer is responsible for ensuring all patient data is accurate, complete and adequate for Customer’s purposes.
1.5. In order to use the medication functionality of the Cloud Service, Customer may license a list of EAN numbers for drugs from a third party and import these data into the configuration tables of the Cloud Service. The content of the related table must be updated regularly by the Customer. SAP may provide updating of the tables as an additional service, subject to a separate agreement and fee.
