Common use of Limited International Bidding Clause in Contracts

Limited International Bidding. Goods estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding.

Limited International Bidding. Goods estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract contract, and which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers suppliers, regardless of the cost thereof, may be procured under contracts awarded on in accordance with the basis provisions of Limited International Biddingparagraph 3.2 of the Guidelines.

Goods estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or less than per contract, and $300,000 500,000 equivalent per contract or less in the aggregate, which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers suppliers, regard- less of the cost thereof, may be procured under contracts awarded on in accordance with the basis provisions of Limited International Biddingparagraph 3.2 of the Guidelines.
