Limited Jurisdiction. The Arbitration Board shall have jurisdiction and authority to interpret and apply the provisions of this Agreement insofar as it may be necessary to the determination of the grievance referred to the Arbitration Board, but shall not have the jurisdiction and authority to alter or amend any of the provisions of the Agreement.
