Limited Liability as Member, Managing Member or Officer. Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in the DLLC Act, no Member (including but not limited to the Managing Member) and no officer of the Company shall have any liability for the debts, obligations or liabilities of the Company by reason of being or having been a Member, Managing Member or officer of the Company. Except as expressly provided otherwise in the DLLC Act, the liability of any Member in connection with the Company shall be limited to the amount of capital contributions, if any, required to be made by such Member to the Company in accordance with this Agreement, and then only to the extent that such capital contributions shall have become due pursuant to this Agreement.
