Limited use of Personal Mobile Phones. For the purposes of safety, personal mobile phones should not be activated during working periods. Outside of emergency situations only, personal mobile phones should only be used when an employee is away from the work face and not performing work. Provided in all circumstances, employees shall obey any restrictions that are placed on personal mobile phone use by the owners of the worksite where the Company has a contract to perform work.
