LIMITS AND PROGRAM CRITERIA. A. The program provides for a maximum tuition reimbursement of $3,500 for undergraduate courses or $6,500 for graduate courses over the span of one calendar year. This includes tuition, fees and books. The City maintains the right to further set limits on reimbursement based on the City’s financial state. When an adverse financial situation necessitates the City discontinuing a previously approved employee program, the City will notify the employee as soon as possible and make every effort to pick-up the program in place the next calendar year.
