LINE HANDLING. The master and crew of every Vessel will provide assistance in handling lines and operating deck machinery. An English-speaking deck officer must be available to ensure timely response to directions of any representatives of the Terminal relative to handling of lines. Terminal representatives will position lines on the shoreside. Line handling for docking and undocking of Ocean Vessels in Berth and at the buoys, shall be assessed at the rate provided in Appendix “A”.

Vessel Party shall have an English-speaking deck office available to ensure timely response to directions of any representatives of the Terminal relative to handling of lines. Terminal representatives will position lines on the shoreside. Line handling for docking and undocking of Vessels at the Terminal berth and at the Terminal buoys, shall be assessed at the rate provided in the attached rate schedule.
LINE HANDLING. When a Tug crewmember is required to handle lines in connection with docking, undocking or other services, a charge of $572 per hour, per line handler in One Hour (1.0) increments shall apply.
LINE HANDLING. If Wharves pays for the services described in this Section 3.06 on Operator’s behalf, Operator will pay Wharves the charges and abide by the rules and regulations for each of these services as set forth in the Tariff, payable in the manner described in Section 3.09 below. Wharves and Operator agree that persons or entities providing said services are not agents or employees of Wharves, and Wharves shall not be liable in any way for any claims relating to said persons’ or entities’ performance (or failure to perform) services. If Wharves provides any of the services described in this Section 3.06 on Operator’s behalf, Wharves reserves the right to stop providing said services at any time, provided that Wharves shall give Operator at least 90 days’ written notice of its intent to stop paying for said services, specifying the date by which Operator must arrange to obtain and pay for said services directly.
LINE HANDLING. Should the services of tugboats be requested to perform linehandling services by the Master, Pilot, Agent, Vessel Owner/Operator, Linehandling firm or Terminal, an additional rate of $990.00 per hour per tug shall be assessed in addition to any other charges to the party requesting the service. In addition, XxXxxxxxxx shall not assume any liability and shall be held harmless for conducting such opera- tions.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • Warehousing Provide materials and supplies, including storage, ordering, and inventory management.

  • Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement. The willingness of Prudential to consider such purchase of Shelf Notes is herein called the “Facility”. At any time, the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes stated in Section 1.2, minus the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes purchased and sold pursuant to this Agreement prior to such time, minus the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes (as hereinafter defined) which have not yet been purchased and sold hereunder prior to such time, is herein called the “Available Facility Amount” at such time.   • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Waste Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.
