Part time and casual employees will receive formal line supervision on a pro-rata basis, dependent upon their actual hours of work. The purpose of line supervision is to provide an opportunity for both the employee and their Manager to discuss matters related to the employee’s performance, any concerns that the employee might have with respect to their duties and/or performance and to review the progress of the employee’s Personal Performance Development Plan (“PPDP”). Formal line supervision meetings will be documented and the employee will be provided with a copy of the notes taken at the meeting and any agreed action items.
