Common use of Lines of Communication Clause in Contracts

Lines of Communication. It is the philosophy of the District and the Union that attainment of the educational objectives of the District is enhanced by mutual understanding, cooperation and communication between the Administrative Staff and employees. Accordingly, both the District and the Union encourage employees and their supervisors to communicate with mutual respect and concern for each other. This provision is not subject to the grievance process.
