Email Accounts. If necessary, a named email account associated with the User ID as described in the above Section 1.6 may be created for each Employee of the Service Provider assigned to work on the Project. Like the network User ID, this account is personal and may not be shared with any other user.
Email Accounts. Student Supervisors will receive a District email account that may be used on break and lunch hours at designated locations in each building as approved by the principal.
Email Accounts. At the time of installation and upon the request of the Customer, Unwired shall generate a specified number of e-mail accounts for the Customer’s use on a temporary basis. The number of e- mail accounts created may be limited by the type of Service plan the Customer has requested. Free E- mail accounts may be limited to a total mailbox size of 70Mb, at Provider’s discretion. If Customer desires additional mailbox capacity, this can be purchased at an additional cost. Unless specified in writing by Provider, Xxxxxxxx agrees that it will have no right to use the designated e-mail accounts upon termination of this Agreement. Customer shall have full responsibility to save any pertinent e-mails or data in an alternative location prior to termination of Service.
Email Accounts. 20.1 All unit members shall have a college email account established within thirty (30) calendar days of their initial hire date. All employees shall be afforded reasonable access to a college computer and paid time to review email related to college business.
Email Accounts. University shall provide and assign University e‐mail accounts for Vendor’s key managers and supervisors. As a cost of operations, Vendor shall pay a licensing fee to University for each assigned email account. In the event of the termination or addition of a key manager or supervisor, Vendor shall notify University’s Contract Administrator within 30 days of the event, and will further be required to provide the Contract Administrator with a full list of its University email accounts on July 31st of each year of the contract term.
Email Accounts a. The Employer will provide an Employer email account to each Employee.
b. If the Employer email account is not used by the Employee for six (6) months, the Employer will shut it off.
c. Employees must comply with all Employer policies in using the email account.
d. Employees shall not use their Employer email account when they are not on work time.
Email Accounts. INTRACOMME offers email services for .GDN domain names registered under this Agreement which is provided by Registry operator. By ordering Email Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Registry Operator Email Acceptable Use Policy, which can be found in GDN Registry website and made part of this Agreement by reference.

All email accounts (including, but not limited to POP email accounts) that have not been logged into for a period of 4 consecutive months or more shall be deemed abandoned and DomainPeople shall have the right to delete the email account (“Abandoned Mailbox”) and/or all emails residing in such Abandoned Mailbox (“Abandoned Emails”). At least 2 weeks prior to such deletion, DomainPeople shall send to the master email account a notice that the Abandoned Mailbox and/or the Abandoned Emails shall be deleted if the user or customer does not log into the Abandoned Mailbox within 2 weeks. DomainPeople has the right to delete all content stored in any of customer’s spam folders or email accounts for 30 days or more.
Email Accounts. All email accounts, including POP email accounts, which have not been logged into for a period of 4 consecutive months or more will be deemed abandoned and Libchalk Hosting may, at its sole discretion, delete the email account (“Abandoned Mailbox”) and all emails residing in the Abandoned Mailbox (“Abandoned Emails”). In such case, Libchalk Hosting will send an email to the master email account identified under the Client Account to notify that the Abandoned Mailbox and the Abandoned Emails will be deleted if the Abandoned Mailbox is not logged into within 14 calendar days. Libchalk Hosting may delete all content and data stored in any of Client’s spam folders, junk mail folders, and email accounts for 30 calendar days or more.
