  • Sanctions for Violations 6.1 Any breach of the aforesaid provisions by the BIDDER or anyone employed by it or acting on its behalf (whether with or without the knowledge of the BIDDER) shall entitle the BUYER to take all or any one of the following actions, wherever required:-

  • Notice of Violation If XXXX discovers a term and condition was violated or the performance and completion of work was not done in a professional manner, as deemed by MPHA, MPHA staff will complete a vendor performance report, which will be sent to the Contractor via MPHA’s Contracting Officer.
