Listing of Deductions. The RPEA shall provide the City Manager with a listing of deductions to be made from represented employees. Said listing will remain in force until amended by RPEA in writing. The Association will give the City at least thirty days advance written notice of any changes in the amount of dues and agency fees to be deducted these amounts. In addition, RPEA shall refund to the City any amounts paid to it in error upon presentation of supporting evidence.
