Litter Bin emptying. This work is carried out seven days a week, with a start time intended to clear bins before the arrival of the main pedestrian commuter traffic. This continues throughout the day as required so that no bin is too full as to be unable to be used. A variety of litter bins types are provided with the majority accommodating the deposit of both litter and cigarette ends. Litter bins will be subject to an external cleaning regime to ensure that they are clean and free from residual dirt.
