Common use of Litter Clearance Clause in Contracts

Litter Clearance. The grounds of University Locks are tidied on a regular basis and should be kept free from litter and rubbish. You are expected to keep the grounds clean and tidy and to not leave any kind of litter or rubbish. All litter must be taken to the bins. It is unacceptable to dispose of any rubbish out of windows and any student found to be doing this could face disciplinary action.
