Live Services. ContiConnect LIVE Services can be enabled by a Continental provided Central Telematic Unit (Central TCU. Installation of the Central TCU must occur in a professional manner in accordance with Continental instructions. Unless Continental agrees in writing (such as in a Quote or Order) to perform the installation, such installations shall be a Customer obligation. Continental shall have the right to begin Service Billing within 30 days of shipment of each Central TCU. Customer acknowledges that LIVE Service via Central TCU is subject to the wireless network reception quality at the vehicle location at the time of data transmission and that, depending on the availability of connectivity in a specific location, the availability of data and Services may be limited or delayed.

Live Services. Provider is responsible for all costs associated with providing the appropriate live signal to RN. If RN incurs any additional costs to receive the signal (i.e. setting up special equipment to process and encrypt a satellite signal), RN will xxxx Provider for all such additional costs. Live event pricing is available upon request.
Live Services i. After the go-live of Your website, unless Web Wonks is providing You with Project Services or Retainer Services, Web Wonks will not actively monitor Your website. In such cases, We recommend that You perform a minimum of two hours per month of website management, which should at least include monitoring of Your website, performing updates on Your website, and reviewing and correcting faults on Your website. ii. Web Wonks does offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which we recommended all clients engage – this is a minimum of one hour per month for a 12 month commitment.

  • Supportive Services 2.1. Case Management Access Shelter Providers are required to have case management available to participants on site. Participation within case management is voluntary to program participants, however all participants must be offered case management and must be engaged on an ongoing basis to encourage participation. Shelter Providers should recognize that it may take multiple contacts before a participant is ready to engage. Shelter Providers must ensure case management services are participant-centered to individual needs. Programs must provide space for the provision of case management that works to create as much privacy and confidentiality as possible.
