You further understand that the markets for these digital assets are highly volatile due to factors including (but not limited to) adoption, speculation, technology, security, and regulation. You acknowledge that the cost and speed of transacting with cryptographic and blockchain-based systems are variable and may increase dramatically at any time. You further acknowledge the risk that your digital assets may lose some or all of their value while they are supplied to the platform. If you borrow digital assets from the platform, you will have to supply digital assets of your own as collateral. If your collateral declines in value such that it is no longer sufficient to secure the amount that you borrowed, others may interact with the platform to seize your collateral in a liquidation event. Website management includes daily/weekly updates to SALT website pages, compiling a media library, logging and fixing WordPress bugs, and creating and managing content for all pages and tools. Monthly analytics will continue to inform the team of any trends. Aside from monitoring users and their geographic locations, SALT can analyze search terms to determine whether the information collated is useful, or what else is needed to create or collate. For instance, if multiple keywords searches do not return any resources or organizations, SALT can assess what resources might fill that gap. SALT can monitor whether certain pages or stories are receiving more attention (and note the users’ region if possible) to direct what to promote or alter during the small website update.

Customer and Teesnap agree that when new pages and new designs are required, both Parties will agree to the branding look and feel of such pages and that new page creation will not exceed four new pages in any given week. Customer and Teesnap agree that Teesnap will provide drafts of emails to Customer and Customer will sign off on drafts before sends. Customer and Teesnap will agree on budget spend for any given strategy and that Customer’s credit card on file will be in good standing for such spending. This spending will be in addition to Teesnap Managed Marketing service cost. Teesnap will integrate Customer’s Teesnap website and Facebook Messenger marketing via the growth tools. Teesnap will engage Customer’s audience in accordance with the Facebook Messenger terms and services. Flows and sequences will also be managed in accordance with Facebook’s terms of use. In any given week during the year, a limit of one new flow and one new set of sequences will be programmed by Teesnap.
Website Management. By Customer’s Administrators accessing the Website or using the Services, Customer agrees that these Legal Terms shall apply. Website Management. 4.1. Appeals, proposals and claims by individuals and legal entities to the Website Administration in connection with this Agreement and all issues regarding the functioning of the Website and the violations of the rights and interests of third parties when using it, and any enquiries by officials authorised by the laws of the Russian Federation may be sent to the Organising Committee.
4.2. With regard to the functioning and development of the Website, the Organising Committee shall be guided by the legislation of the Federation, this Agreement, the Website Privacy Policy and other special documents that have been or may be developed and adopted by the Organising Committee in order to regulate the provision of Users with access to certain functions of the Website.
4.3. Nothing in this Agreement grants the User the right to use the trade name, trademarks, domain names or other distinguishing signs of the Organising Committee. The right to use the corporate name, trademarks, domain names and other distinguishing signs of the Organising Committee may be granted only with the written agreement of the Organising Committee.

Management shall also keep current and post the reference documents (e.g., Governing Documents; Board minutes; newsletters; announcements, calendar, history, community information and reports).

We will deploy and display a website as described within the Customer Service Agreement and this contract. We will display and make available on the internet this content on behalf of the customer and in the event of a server or content failure, we will take steps to remedy the problem and return the website to service as quickly as possible. We will be available 24 hours a day during any day of the year to resolve problems with the customer’s web and email service and will guarantee a response to the customer within 1 full business day for any problem reported using the CNC ticket system which impact the customer’s website operations.
