Liveaboards. The term "liveaboard" is defined as a vessel docked at the facility and inhabited by a person or persons for any five (5) consecutive days or a total of ten (10) days within a thirty (30) day period. If liveaboards are authorized by paragraph one (1) of this lease, in no event shall such "liveaboard" status exceed six (6) months within any twelve (12) month period, nor shall any such vessel constitute a legal or primary residence.
Liveaboards. Any Owner living aboard his vessel will be required to pay an additional fee of $ per month, plus sales tax, over and above the slip rental that would normally be paid by an unoccupied vessel. The right of an owner to live aboard his vessel or to permit others to live aboard his vessel is subject termination upon thirty [30] days written notice.

Liveaboards. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “liveaboard” is defined herein as a vessel docked at the facility and inhabited by a person or persons for any five (5) consecutive days or a total of ten (10) days within a thirty (30) day period. Pursuant to requirements of the City’s Submerged Land Lease with the State of Florida, no vessel shall occupy the Marina in this “liveaboard” status for more than six (6) months within any twelve (12) month period, nor shall the Marina Facility constitute a legal or primary residence of the OWNER.
Liveaboards. Liveaboards are not permitted at the St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx. Any Owner living aboard their vessel more than five (5) consecutive days, or 10 days within a month will be considered a liveaboard and will have his/her lease terminated immediately without any prior notice.
Liveaboards. Liveaboards shall be allowed to dock at the LPMM. The term “Liveaboard” shall mean, a vessel inhabited by a person which uses a Slip or Mooring Buoy at the marina for any five (5) consecutive days or a total of ten (10) days within a thirty (30) day period. There are a limited number of Slips at the marina that may be used by a liveaboard vessel. A liveaboard vessel may occupy a slip for no more than six (6) months within any twelve (12) month period. No vessel which uses a slip at the xxxxxx xxx constitute a legal or primary residence.
Liveaboards. No person, including Vessel Owner, shall live aboard the Vessel while the Vessel is moored at the Basin. A person shall be deemed to be living aboard the Vessel if such person occupies the Vessel for more than seventy-two (72) hours per month. Living aboard the Vessel and/or providing false information with regard to live-aboard status shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement and all privileges at the Basin.
Liveaboards place a dye tablet in holding tank after each pump out. The dye will make illegal discharges clearly visible.
Liveaboards. Living on your boat for any period longer than 7 nights in a 10-day period is considered liveaboard and is prohibited.
