Lively App. The Lively app software is licensed, not sold, to you by Lively and it is for use only under the terms of this License. The Lively app is intended for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be rented, leased, sold, or redistributed by you. Lively retains ownership of the Lively app software and reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. In its sole discretion, we may make available app updates and the terms of this License shall govern such updates unless such update is accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will govern. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the Lively app software on a single device. You may not, and you agree not to enable others to, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, create derivative works of, or modify the software or any services provided by the software. You acknowledge and agree that certain Lively app features transmit data through your Bluetooth-paired and connected Device and could impact charges to your wireless data plan. You agree that all such charges are your responsibility. You can view and control data use of apps, including the Lively app, in your Device settings.

  • Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.

  • Salary on Promotion (a) An employee shall be given no less than an increase to the next higher rate in the new salary range effective on the date of promotion. If an employee is demoted or removed during trial service as a result of a promotion, his/her salary shall be reduced to the former step, and the previous salary eligibility date shall be restored. If the employee’s salary eligibility date occurs during the promotional trial service period, upon reinstatement to the previous class, the salary eligibility date prior to promotion will be recognized.

  • Unbroken Vacation Except during the period of time referred to in Article 17.06, where operational requirements permit, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to grant to an Employee her request to enjoy her vacation entitlement in a single unbroken period of leave.

  • How Much May I Contribute to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account? The maximum contribution that can be made to all Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account that cover a particular beneficiary may not exceed $2,000. It is the joint responsibility of the contributor and the beneficiary to verify that excess contributions are not made on behalf of a particular beneficiary. Qualifying rollover contributions and transfers are not subject to these limitations. Note that special rules apply to contributions to Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts for purposes of gift and estate taxes. In addition, if your adjusted gross income (or combined income if you file a joint tax return) as modified below exceeds certain limits, you are not eligible to make a contribution to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account. For this purpose your adjusted gross income is increased by amounts excluded under Section 911 (certain exclusions applicable to U.S. citizens or residents living abroad), Section 931 (certain exclusions applicable to U.S. citizens or residents living in Guam, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands), and Section 933 (certain exclusions applicable to U.S. citizens and residents living in Puerto Rico) of the Code. The amount you may contribute to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account for a particular beneficiary is reduced proportionately for adjusted gross income (as modified above) within the applicable dollar range. The applicable dollar range is $95,000 to $110,000 for an individual, a married individual filing a separate tax return or a head of household and for a married individual filing a joint tax return this range is increased to $190,000 to $220,000. To determine the amount you may contribute to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account, you can refer to IRS Publication 970: MAGI for a Xxxxxxxxx ESA and Xxxxxxxxx ESA Contribution Limit.

  • Salary Upon Promotion ‌ Except as otherwise provided herein, any full or part-time employee who is promoted to a position in a class allocated to a higher salary scale than the class from which the employee was promoted shall receive the salary step rate of the appropriate scale which would constitute an increase of salary most closely equivalent to, but not less than, five (5) percent of the employee’s salary step rate before promotion, but not less than the minimum salary scale of the new class nor greater than the maximum salary of the new class. If a promotion occurs on the same day a merit increase is due and approved, the merit increase shall be computed first and subsequently the increase due to promotion. An employee who is promoted shall be considered for a merit increase when the employee’s total hours in paid status, exclusive of overtime subsequent to promotion, equals 1,040 hours. The effective date of the merit increase shall be in accordance with Section 7.21.

  • Names of Retirees Effective September 1, 2009, the Employer will send a monthly report to the Union of the names of individuals that have retired the previous month. For purposes of this Agreement, a retiree shall be defined as a person who has given the Agency written notice that he/she is separating from State service by retirement and that person has actually separated from State service.

  • DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION 3.1 This Agreement will operate from the date 7 days after it is approved by the FWC and shall have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2023. By no later than 30 June 2022 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreement. This Agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless it is replaced by another enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act.

  • How Much May I Contribute to a Xxxx XXX As a result of the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act (“EGTRRA”) of 2001, the maximum dollar amount of annual contributions you may make to a Xxxx XXX is $5,500 for tax years beginning in 2013 with the potential for Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) increases in $500 increments. However, these amounts are phased out or eliminated entirely if your adjusted gross income is over a certain level, as explained in more detail below. If you are married and file a joint return, you may make contributions to your spouse’s Xxxx XXX. However, the maximum amount contributed to both your own and to your spouse’s Xxxx XXX may not exceed 100% of your combined compensation or the maximum contribution shown in the table above, whichever is less. The maximum amount that may be contributed to either your Xxxx XXX or your spouse’s Xxxx XXX is shown in the table above. Again, these dollar limits are reduced by any contributions made by or on behalf of you or your spouse to any other individual retirement plan (such as a Traditional IRA) except SEP IRAs and SIMPLE IRAs. Again, the limit is not reduced for contributions either of you make to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account for someone other than yourselves. As noted in Item 1, your eligibility to contribute to a Xxxx XXX depends on your AGI (as defined below). Note that the amount you may contribute to a Xxxx XXX is not affected by your participation in an employer-sponsored retirement plan.   • MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND CONSULAR POSTS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
