I (We) acknowledge Homeowners Association Rules (HOA) can be viewed at xxx.Xxxxxxx.xx under "Residents Moving In." I (We) acknowledge the $10.00 processing fee must accompany all rent payments not paid through Liberty Management's online payment system. (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/connect) I (We) acknowledge that the lease agreement gives Liberty Management authorization to have periodic property visits performed for the property owner. This offers the residence the flexibility of going on a month to month lease and compensates the owner knowing that the tenant, after providing a 30-day written notice, may leave at any time.
