  • Operating Instructions The Design Professional shall assemble and forward to the Owner all equipment and systems operation and maintenance manuals provided by the Contractor in compliance with the Specifications.

  • SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS Unless otherwise instructed, all goods are to be shipped prepaid, FOB Destination, as defined in RCW Title 62A. Where specific authorization is granted to ship goods FOB Shipping Point, the Contractor agrees to prepay all shipping charges, to route cheapest common carrier, and to bill the UW as a separate item on the invoice for the charges.
