Common use of LNG Offloading Clause in Contracts

LNG Offloading. The Parties will establish the offloading programmes to determine the regasification capacity or the contracted truck loading capacity, as specified, focusing on the available Carrier capacity for receiving tankers and the size of these tankers, and as much as possible, abiding by the Contractor commitments, all of which will be in accordance with what is established in this Contract and the Technical System Management Regulations. Any delays in tankers offloading that may be attributable to the Carrier or Contractor, excluding those that are considered Force Majeure, will be handled in accordance with information provided in the Technical System Management regulations and its Detail protocols.
