Loading on Premium. a. Based on Our discretion, upon the disclosure of the health status of the persons proposed for insurance and declarations made in the Proposal or Insurance Summary Sheet, We may apply a risk loading on the premium payable (excluding statutory levies and taxes) or Special Conditions on the Policy. The maximum risk loading applicable shall not exceed more than 350% of the premium.
