Common use of Local Agency Training and Orientation Clause in Contracts

Local Agency Training and Orientation. ‌ When the MCO or an MCO product is new to a Service Area, the MCO must provide training and orientation to the Local Agency regarding the MCO or the MCO product. Such training and orientation shall be provided to the Local Agency by the MCO prior to the Education Begin Date and as necessary upon request by the STATE thereafter.
