Local Campaigns, Promotions, Pilot Programs. Microsoft may run local promotions, campaigns, or programs relating to Incentives that identify different or additional activities that qualify for Incentive Payments or temporarily change the amount of an Incentive Payment. The terms and obligations, including eligibility requirements, for any such local promotion, campaign or program will be set forth in separate documents (which may adopt by reference some or all the terms of this Exhibit), but the terms and obligations of such local promotion, campaign or program will not alter or supersede any terms, obligations or provisions in this Exhibit.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Health Promotion Effective January 1, 2014, the Employer shall provide a voluntary employee incentive program that offers taxable cash payments not to exceed $300 per employee per calendar year to employees who participate in health promotion activities and programs offered by the Employer. The Employer shall establish the specifics of the programs through the Health Benefit Committee. This provision shall expire on June 30, 2015 unless mutually agreed otherwise by the parties. All approved vendors contracted with the health plan administrator shall be permitted to provide services on state premises for employees.

  • Commercialization Intrexon shall have the right to develop and Commercialize the Reverted Products itself or with one or more Third Parties, and shall have the right, without obligation to Fibrocell, to take any such actions in connection with such activities as Intrexon (or its designee), at its discretion, deems appropriate.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
