Local Competitive Bidding. Civil works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of fifteen million five hundred thousand dollars ($15,500,000), and goods estimated to cost less than the equivalent of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of four million dollars ($4,000,000) may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of competitive bidding, advertised locally, in accordance with procedures satisfactory to the Bank.

  • NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION In accordance with Section 139-d of the State Finance Law, if this contract was awarded based upon the submission of bids, Contractor affirms, under penalty of perjury, that its bid was arrived at independently and without collusion aimed at restricting competition. Contractor further affirms that, at the time Contractor submitted its bid, an authorized and responsible person executed and delivered to the State a non-collusive bidding certification on Contractor's behalf.
