Local Union Office and Use of University Services. The Employer shall provide to the Union for its exclusive use furnished office accommodation in a convenient location in one of the University buildings. Such accommodation shall be free of charge. The use of facilities and services of the University (such as duplicating, xerox, computer services) shall be made reasonably available to the Union subject to priorities determined by the University in its discretion and subject to such charges for the use of such facilities and services as the University may, from time to time, establish.
