Common use of Local Unit Nurse Representative Clause in Contracts

Local Unit Nurse Representative. Local Unit Nurse Representative(s) shall mean any Local Unit member(s) of the Association designated as the initial contact person(s) for District/Association communications. Within a reasonable period of time following execution of this Agreement, the Association shall notify the District in writing of the identity of the Local Unit Representative(s). The Association shall promptly notify the District of any changes in the Local Unit Representative(s).
