Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.
Reverse ADSL Loops If a CLEC’s ADSL Transmission Unit (including those integrated into DSLAMs) is attached to Sprint’s Network and if an ADSL Copper Loop should start at an outside location, and is looped through a host or remote, and then to the subscriber, the copper plant from the outside location to the Sprint host or remote central office must be a facility dedicated to ADSL transmission only and not part of Sprint’s regular feeder or distribution plant.
Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.
Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. NASPO ValuePoint eMarket Center a. In July 2011, NASPO ValuePoint entered into a multi-year agreement with SciQuest, Inc. whereby SciQuest will provide certain electronic catalog hosting and management services to enable eligible NASPO ValuePoint’s customers to access a central online website to view and/or shop the goods and services available from existing NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contracts. The central online website is referred to as the NASPO ValuePoint eMarket Center.
